and Additions to Match Play
1. Match shall start no later than 7:15 PM.
2. Team must have at least four players present in
order to start match.
3. Fifth team member must arrive before beginning of
fourth round (if match is played on two tables) to make up earlier rounds’
games.
4. Fifth
team member has until his game arrives in second round (if playing on one
table) in order to re-play first game.
If player arrives later, must wait until start of next round to enter
team lineup and may not re-play earlier games.
5. Forfeited games are won 5-0 by team with available
player.
6. When rounds are completed, if fifth player has not
arrived in time to replay earlier matches, team with five players may reduce its
total handicap by an amount equal to its highest-handicapped player during
rounds with only four opponents.
7. Accidental movement of 8-ball shall be treated as
with any other object ball – opponent may move the 8-ball back to its original
position.
8. Alteration of 8-ball’s movement during a shot is a
loss-of-game foul.
